Integrate real-time domain classification into any application with our RESTful API. Query our database of 90 million categorized domains, submit bulk lookups, receive webhook notifications, and leverage SDKs in your preferred language.
Get API KeySimple, well-documented endpoints for domain classification, bulk lookups, policy management, and log retrieval. All endpoints return JSON and support gzip compression.
Query a single domain to retrieve its categories, first-seen date, and classification details. Responses return in under 10ms from our global API edge network with caching at every PoP.
Submit up to 1,000 domains per request for batch classification. Results are returned in a single response with per-domain categories and scores. Ideal for processing log files and URL lists.
Subscribe to real-time classification updates via Server-Sent Events or WebSocket connections. Receive instant notifications when domains are recategorized, added to content risk lists, or newly classified.
Configure webhooks to receive HTTP callbacks when specific events occur: new content filterings, category changes for watched domains, policy violations, or security incident alerts.
Programmatically create, update, and delete filtering policies via the API. Manage user assignments, category rules, allow/block lists, and time-based schedules without accessing the web portal.
Retrieve DNS query logs programmatically with filtering by date range, client IP, domain pattern, category, and action. Supports pagination for large result sets and concurrent export operations.
Get up and running in minutes. Here are real request and response examples you can copy directly into your applications.
Native SDKs handle authentication, retries, rate limit backoff, and response parsing so you can focus on building your application.

All API requests are authenticated using Bearer tokens included in the Authorization header. API keys can be generated and revoked from the management portal, and you can create multiple keys with different permission scopes for separate applications or environments.
Rate limits are applied per API key and vary by plan tier. The standard plan includes 1,000 requests per minute with burst capacity up to 5,000. Enterprise plans offer configurable rate limits up to 100,000 requests per minute with dedicated API infrastructure.
Rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset) are included in every response. Our SDKs handle rate limit backoff automatically with configurable retry strategies.
